Bulk Editing

Update prices, replace text, assign categories, and manage inventory across thousands of products at once. Save hours with over 25 bulk editing actions.

Instead of editing products one by one, bulk editing lets you select a group of products and apply changes to all of them at once. Search for the action you need, configure it, and apply — done.

How it works

1. Select products — Check individual products, or use filters and select all matching results
2. Click Bulk Edit — Opens the bulk editing modal
3. Pick an action — Search or browse by category
4. Configure and apply — Set your parameters and execute

You can apply bulk actions to your selected products or to all products matching your current filters — including products beyond the current page.

Find and Replace

Search and replace text across product names, descriptions, or reviewed descriptions. Supports case-sensitive matching.

Standardize Text Case

Convert text to Title Case, UPPERCASE, lowercase, or Sentence case across one or more fields.

Trim Whitespace

Remove leading and trailing spaces from text fields. Quick cleanup for imported data.

Append/Prepend Text

Add text to the beginning or end of any text field across your selection.

Danger zone

• Use filters — Narrow down your product list with filters before applying bulk actions, so you only affect the products you intend to
