# Billing Settings
> See your plan, credits, and renewal date at a glance. Change plan, buy extra credits, update your payment method, and download invoices.
Billing settings is where you manage everything you pay for. Check your plan and renewal date, see how many AI credits you have left, buy more when you need them, and download your invoices.
**What this page enables:** you always know what you are on, what you have left, and what you were charged, without asking anyone.
Checkout runs through Mollie. You can pay with iDEAL, major credit cards, or SEPA direct debit. WISEPIM never stores your full payment details.
## See your subscription at a glance
A summary card at the top of the page shows the essentials:

| **Subscription status** | Your current status (see the table below) |
| **Next billing date** | When your next payment or renewal is due |
### What each status means
| Status | Meaning |
| -------------- | ----------------------------------------------------- |
| **Active** | Your subscription is running and renews automatically |
| **Trialing** | You are on a free trial |
| **Cancelling** | Your subscription ends when the current period closes |
| **Canceled** | Your subscription has ended |
| **Past due** | A payment failed and needs your attention |
| **Paused** | Your subscription is paused for now |
If your status shows **Past due**, update your payment method right away. Otherwise you may lose access to premium features.
## Track your AI credits
Every AI action in WISEPIM spends credits. Your plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and the billing page shows how much of it you have used.
You can also see your balance without leaving the page you are on. The header shows **N remaining**, with a **Get more credits** link next to it.
Not sure what your balance is worth? Open **What can I do with credits?** on the billing page. It groups the work you can do into Content, Translations, and Research and media, and shows what each action costs.

Failed translations are refunded automatically, per product and per language, at the rate you were charged.
If you run out of credits during a task, the task stops with "You ran out of credits during this task." Products that could not be paid for are recorded as failed. Top up, then run those products again.
Resuming a task in the [Process Tracker](/en/other-features/process-tracker) finishes only the part that was never processed, and costs no extra credits. Restarting runs the whole selection again and is charged as a new run.
## Buy extra credits
Ran low before your renewal? Buy a credit pack. This is a one-time top-up, not a change to your plan.
The section sits on the billing page, under your plan.
Each pack shows its price per 1,000 credits, so you can compare sizes at a glance.
Checkout opens at Mollie. Pay with iDEAL, card, or SEPA direct debit.
Bigger packs and higher plans get a better rate per 1,000 credits. Unused pack credits roll over, so nothing you buy expires at your next renewal.
## Manage your subscription
Three actions cover everything you need.
### Change plan
Click **Change plan** to compare plans side by side and pick the one you need. Each plan lists its product limit, its monthly credits, and the features it unlocks.
Upgrade in the middle of a billing cycle and you pay only the difference for the days you have left. Your renewal date stays the same.
Annual billing costs less per month than paying month to month.
### Update payment method
Click **Update payment method** to change the card or bank account you pay with. Do this as soon as a card expires, so a renewal never fails.
### Cancel subscription
Click **Cancel subscription**. A confirmation window ("Cancel your {plan} plan?") lists what you lose, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Cancelling does not cut you off straight away. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. After that date your subscription ends.
## Invoices
Every payment gets an invoice, and they all live on this page.
* Filter the list with **All**, **Open**, or **Paid**.
* Each row shows the invoice number, date, status, and amount.
* Click **Download PDF** to save a copy for your bookkeeping.
### Invoice statuses
| Status | Meaning |
| ----------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Open** | Issued and waiting for payment |
| **Paid** | Payment received |
| **Uncollectible** | Written off after payment could not be collected |
| **Void** | Cancelled, so nothing is owed |
| **Refunded** | Paid and then refunded to you |
